Earn $20 for every friend who buys BetterDL
Know someone taking digital logic? Share your link. When they buy the full course through it, you get $20 of the $60 price. There's no limit on how many friends you can refer.

How it works
- Sign up as an affiliate. Our referral program runs on Lemon Squeezy, the company that handles our payments. You create a free affiliate account with them and get your own referral link.
- Share your link. Post it in your class group chat, your CS club's Discord, or send it to a friend who's struggling with K-maps.
- Your friend buys the course. When someone visits through your link and buys the full course, the sale is credited to you. They don't have to buy straight away: the referral is remembered in their browser for a while, so it still counts if they try the free topics first.
- You get paid $20. Once the sale is final (see below), Lemon Squeezy pays you directly.
When you get paid
Every buyer can get a full refund within 14 days, so a commission only becomes yours once that window has closed and the sale is final.
- Holding period. Lemon Squeezy holds each referral commission for 30 days after the sale. That covers our 14-day refund window and any chargebacks.
- Refunded sales don't pay. If your friend asks for a refund within 14 days, the commission for that sale is cancelled.
- Payout dates. After the holding period, your commission is added to the next payout. Lemon Squeezy currently pays affiliates twice a month, around the 14th and 28th, once your balance is above their minimum.
- How you're paid. To your bank account or PayPal, whichever you set up in your affiliate account. Lemon Squeezy takes a small fee from each commission, and PayPal may charge a transfer fee.
So a sale on the 1st of the month usually reaches you about five to six weeks later. You can see every referral, its status and your upcoming payout in your Lemon Squeezy affiliate dashboard.
The rules
- No buying through your own link. Self-referrals don't earn a commission.
- No spam, and no fake reviews or misleading claims (for example, don't call the full course free).
- Don't bid on our name in search ads.
- Don't share it in ways that break your school's rules. BetterDL is a study tool, not a way to get answers for graded work.
- We can remove affiliates who abuse the program and cancel commissions earned through abuse.

Questions
Do I need to buy the course to join?
No. Anyone can sign up as an affiliate, though it's easier to recommend something you've used.
Do I have to pay tax on what I earn?
Possibly. Referral earnings are income, and Lemon Squeezy may ask for your tax details before paying you. If you're unsure, ask a tax professional.
